Yes, we said it. Thrive Fitness Hout Bay is very aware that we can only do so much when it comes to helping our members thrive and grow. We know that no matter how many exercise and lifestyle tips we give you, no matter how many class variations we offer, it really is all up to you in the end.

But, no fear! We are here to be your accountable confidant!

And, we have an amazing 8-week plan to get you there!

We have crafted a full-proof fitness challenge aptly known as #bestselfchallenge because we want you to be the best self you can be. And, that means being accountable to yourself, but also having an accountable partner along the way.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE?

According to the dictionary, accountable is an adjective meaning:

1. required or expected to justify actions or decisions; responsible

2. able to be explained or understood

So, in terms of your own health and wellness, being accountable means holding yourself responsible for how you live your life.

With our #bestselfchallenge we put the ball in your court in terms of deciding to challenge yourself to be your best self, however, we don’t expect you to go it alone.

Oh No! Thrive Fitness is all about being your accountable partner.

WHAT IS #BESTSELFCHALLENGE ALL ABOUT?

First, it’s important to know that your best self is not determined by us at Thrive Fitness. Your best self is what you decide. Whether it be to lose weight, get fitter, complete a 5km run, tone up or increase your muscle strength, the bestselfchallenge is designed to move along this personal road with you. And, even more amazing, is that it’s there to help you build a sustainable healthy lifestyle – THIS IS NOT A FAD DIET OR IMPRACTICAL FITNESS CHALLENGE!
