Our 45 minute classes are made up of 4 exercise zones, each with 4 zones stations, that increase fitness levels and improving muscle strength and tone by targeting your upper body, lower body, cardio and core for an all-over workout. The sessions are designed and run by highly qualified trainers who monitor correct form and encourage you to get the best work out possible.
