Our workouts are for all fitness levels, whether you’re getting started or a seasoned gym-goer. Be quick though! Our classes go fast because they’re capped at 16 people – which gives you the benefit of a personalised training programme in a group setting. (Umm, if you cancel less than 12 hours before a class, you lose your pass. So don’t do that).
Please arrive 15 minutes before your class start-time so we can show you around and explain how we work, and don’t forget your sweat towel and water bottle. We’ll keep your belongings safe while you get your workout in, and we have shower facilities so you can freshen up after. There are a few parking bays for cars and bicycles, and plenty of street parking.
